Packaging & Shipping

The fragile nature of glass bottles dictates that they must be transported in sturdy packaging to reach the customer in perfect condition. We particularly understand the importance of packaging. We select the appropriate packaging scenario according to the different shapes, weights, and volumes of glass bottles, including pallets with dividers and cartons with pallets. For glass bottles with customized surfaces, we also use auxiliary materials such as plastic bags and bubble foam. After palletizing, protection corners are added and the pallet is wrapped with film.

01. Kindly send us the design drawing or sample if you already have.
02. Developing sample mould via drawing and making glass samples for your approval.
03. After sample approved, production mould and glass mass production will be done.
04. Processing decorations such as decal printing, frosting,spray painting, electroplating etc as per your requirements.
05. Once whole production finished, we will ship them out in container or other modes of transportation as requested
