Glass bottles are fragile, so they need to be transported in robust packaging to ensure they arrive at customers' hands intact. We recognize the critical role of proper packaging and take it very seriously.

Based on the unique shapes, weights, and sizes of different glass bottles, we choose the most suitable packaging solutions. This includes using pallets with dividers and cartons placed on pallets. For glass bottles with customized surface treatments, we add extra protection like plastic bags. After stacking the bottles on pallets, we attach corner protectors and wrap the entire pallet with stretch film to safeguard the bottles during transit.

01. Kindly send us the design drawing or sample if you already have.
02. Developing sample mould via drawing and making glass samples for your approval.
03. After sample approved, production mould and glass mass production will be done.
04. Processing decorations such as decal printing, frosting,spray painting, electroplating etc as per your requirements.
05. Once whole production finished, we will ship them out in container or other modes of transportation as requested
